Based on usability test data, we examine parts of the application which are not performing well. We understand the root cause, and propose a solution. Sometimes the solution involves code change and at other times changing the infrastructure parameters, such as the size of RAM, does the trick.
We talk with subject matter experts and users, and put together an elegant user experience design. Our front end engineers code up the interface. We follow up with usability testing, and iteratively improve the interface. Once all parties are satisfied with the interface, we design the database. Finally, we put together the software architecture diagram. At this point, the stage is set for developers to give life to the application in an efficient and understandable manner.
