Most of our services use a pay-ahead billing format. During the course of using our services, you can enter billing information to allow uninterrupted service. Your card will be charged based on the services selected without sending a prior invoice. No refunds will be offered for services already provided; however, in case of cancellation of services, you may request a partial refund to your original credit card. In case of a refund due to cancellation, any prorated credit will be applied for the latest payment period. In the event of double charging or any other error in billing on our part, notify us within 30 days for full refund.

We strive hard to provide excellent customer service, and are willing to resolve any issues that you may have. If you are not fully satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving initial service. If we could notaddress your concerns to your satisfaction, we will, at our own discretion refund some or all of the fees. After 30 days of receiving the original service, we will not refund the fees. Any changes to the cancellation policy will be posted here 30 days before the changes take effect.
